Welcome! I’m Gianna Ferretti, a lecturer at the Institute of Biochemistry at the Faculty of Medicine & Surgery at the Università Politecnica delle Marche.
I was glad to accept the job of running the San Lorenzo School. As you can see, we are just starting out. In the meantime, we have set up the first course, dedicated to vegetable oils (most importantly olive oil, of course).
We will soon be putting the School’s plans for expansion online (have a look at the Notice Board from time to time). In the meantime, if you have any suggestions I’ll be pleased to consider them: send me an e-mail!
