LEARNING ABOUT VEGETABLE OILS

The initial idea was to set up a course about olive oil. Then we thought that it would be a good idea to set this course within the broader context of vegetable oils.

On the one hand, it will be easier to understand the differences and peculiarities of olive oil compared to all the others.

On the other hand, it will also be interesting to investigate the possible surprises that certain vegetable oils (for which Italy has almost no quality production) other than olive oil have in store.
