Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, American Express as payment for orders via secure server (VeriSign Secure Site®). We will not debit money from your credit/debit card until just before your item/items are dispatched.

Delivery terms

• All items are dispatched to the Netherlands by international courier. It's not possible to choose exactly which carrier we use for your order.
• Delivery time: 5 to 7 workdays.
• Delivery rates: €10.00 up to 29.5 Kg in weight. For greater weights, please ask via e-mail to info@san-lorenzo.com.

Guarantees

1. San Lorenzo guarantees the quality of its products and the truthfulness of the procedures adopted, all verified and controlled directly on production sites.
2. Olive oil, in particular, is rigorously and competently followed from harvest to bottle. The entire cycle unfolds in total respect of the classic rules of oil-making, the same ones that for years have assured San Lorenzo a loyal clientele of gourmets who can not find products of equal quality on normal distribution circuits.
3. The same philosophy in production and Quality Control is adopted for all the gastronomic articles presented in this catalogue. They are produced by small specialized units, at times family-groups and often the farmer’s, under San Lorenzo control. The products can not be found on normal distribution circuits.
4. Ingredients, production and packaging methods are guaranteed. If for any reason, a product is not to your complete satisfaction, you have 10 days to return it, except for the package opened for tasting, and you will be fully reimbursed.
5. San Lorenzo from the very beginning has sought a direct relationship with its clientele, in the conviction that especially in food products, a relation of esteem, trust and fairness is indispensable, also to facilitate every possible form of two-way information: from and to the consumer.
6. You will be promptly informed in the comfort of your home as to available products. However, you can contact us at any time, even for simple information, at 0800 1003 2003.

Privacy Notice

We inform you that: personal information is handled for commercial purposes, direct, promotional and administrative sales, credit protection statistics; data is handled following preset criteria; supplying data is optional and refusal to supply it is a renouncement to receiving commercial proposals; it is the Customer’s right to promptly claim the following:
